Needs to be a better way to size. You say that 10" is most common, but I clearly needed 12" also you say it fits 90% of the frames out there. Guess I have frames in 10%! doesn't hold on to the frame in the picture I sent.

I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with your Cablz. Our Size Guide page states that the most popular size is 12” - not 10” as you have mentioned in your review.
There is also a measurement chart on the Zipz page which indicates what size of frame can be used with the Universal Ends (5mm-15mm width), your glasses are too thin for the universal ends.
This is not a fault of the Cablz product, your glasses and head size would require the 12” Skinnyz.
I love my Cablz, they are awesome!
I never wore a glasses strap before because i hated the way they looked and felt. Enter Cablz, which are thin, light and I don’t even notice that I’m wearing them. I really love them for when I’m working because my glasses used to slide off my nose, with Cablz I just tighten them and no more sliding glasses.
